Pia Isolähteenmäki works as an advisor at Kjeller Vindteknikk. She holds a double master’s degree in Meteorology and Energy Technology and has seven years of experience as an operational meteorologist. Her work has also included research on future climate icing conditions in the Nordics. Pia is particularly interested in energy systems and markets, and in how a better understanding of weather and climate can support more efficient and sustainable energy production and consumption. Outside of work, she is an enthusiastic orienteer who enjoys challenging terrains and night races.
